The Tail Wags the Dog: But this Mutt Ain’t Happy

So now we have the employees of the turbine making company on the Isle of White fighting for their rights and trying to save the only (?!) turbine making company in GB. Recently we had news about the Nuclear Industry revving up to build even more power stations … while MP’s make big statements about green energy. Heard of this before ? The Nuclear Industry. Very rich. Big money. Connected to some of those bigger bombs floating around.

What about the Pesticide industry ? Actually fairly closely connected to the nuclear industry. One word …. chemicals. What could a news story be doing floating around trying to show that Organic food is not worth it ? Could it be that some people are protecting their pesticide and chemical businesses ? Nah, that never happens does it.

In 2002 I watched a video by a very brave lady, Leuren Moret, who tried, and succeeded in blowing the whistle on the nuclear industry as well nuclear testing. She, along with colleagues had compiled conclusive evidence that nuclear testing had spread contaminants across the globe therefore giving us many cases of autism and many other exotic conditions. This is not unlike the recent deformities from pollution case, but on a much bigger scale (see the Corby 16).

“I read about a Dentist in the 1930’s named Dr Western Price. He went all over the world studying indigenous people living on their indigenous diets, and what he discovered is that good health – an absence of Cancer, an absence of tooth decay is perfectly normal in indigenous people living on their natural indigenous diets, and also he discovered that the children have disease free childhoods. I don’t think that we could find indigenous people now who are truly as healthy as they were in the 1930’s, because our whole global environment has been contaminated from the atomic bomb testing which was conducted from the 1950’s up until 1993 when the Chinese finally stopped.” Leuren Moret

Talk about having the wool pulled over your eye’s.

But who win’s ? If everything get’s polluted then that includes the profit making interests that manufacture this derring do. But I guess they don’t think like that.

Are they criminal interests ? Is that why they don’t talk about maximising profits through sustainability ? No responsiblilty, no care for themselves or others ? Just cut and run.

Either way there is an interesting equation here to do with Global Warming and the Environment. Why are some of the environmental protesters naive enough to think that “we just have to change some people’s behaviour” in order to bring about changes ? That may be part of it, but what we really need is a global international court that can pursue worldwide legal cases with the backing of many countries. That way those criminal (well, I’ll leave that to a court to decide, you know) interests can be tackled without them slinking away to some other country or hiding place.

ADDENUM: Actually I found that Leuren Moret has testified at the International Criminal Tribunal for Afghanistan held in Japan in 2003 about usage of Depleted Uranium. I am looking into this further.

PsychRights Launches Campaign Against Medicaid Fraud With Model Lawsuit, July 27, 2009

Good news from the USA. Hopefully the idea will catch on here. The Mafia, drug dealing cartel that are fleecing this country (GB) need to be unmasked for what they are. A criminal cartel being payed by the NHS for supplying drugs that kill maim and destroy. Drugs are prescribed for diseaes that don’t exit. This is fraud. Pure and simple. We are all being taken for a ride. Do you think the criminals involved are going to throw up their hands and point this out to us ? You may as well expect the mugger in the street to hand back your wallet. It ain’t going to happen buddy, but that’s why we have a criminal justice system and brains of our own to think with

Path Beyond Technology

Q_Old_Small

All that military ingenuity. The highly complex, and clever weapons systems. But the war is still lost in Iraq. The war is lost in Afghanistan. If we spent as much time as we do on weapons and defence looking at social problems then things would be solved a thousand fold. Trillion dollar budgets. JDAM bombs clustered under wings along with thousands of miles of fibre optic cable. The internet. Computers. They are all an expression of what’s going on in our consciousness field. The way we have to express problems in mechanistic form. Materialistic. A world without, or with much less technology is almost unthinkable at this juncture, yet that is what is starting to happen as people rediscover their own minds. Think through problems rather than reaching for a device, and see the positive results.

So there is a path beyond consumerism and materialism. As it seems to rule all, suddenly a path beyond it becomes visible. A future barely imagined. New, uncharted, and yet a reflection of the past. Ancient societies, the mind “technology” of the Maya.

Suddenly the frontier is you. The possiblities of your own existence. It is no longer “out there” on Mars, or some far off expedition on Earth that you don’t have the money for. It’s suddenly in your own room. You walk out into it in the day. To the far horizons and beyond. Above and beyond … and existence becomes what it always has been. Nirvana now. Paradise now. God’s adventure with no entrance charge. No decades long qualification procedure. It’s just there waiting for you to use it.

The Biggest Flanking Manouver in History

So we did away with the healing women. We called them Witches. Yet their treatments live on to the modern day. We call them vitamins and herbs, plant extracts and kindness. Those in the know don’t go to the Doctor they treat themselves because it works.

Victory was supposed to have been obtained in 1945, yet the worst perpetrators of the era, Mengele. The ultimate Dr Death himself. His henchmen and all the other scum and failures of mankind were released ! Footloose and free to carry on their dirty work. So I G Farben becomes modern day pharmaceutical companies. Exactly the same human experimentation that they were doing is allowed to carry on ! What kind of victory is this guys ? You’ve been flanked. The biggest flanking manoeuvre in history ! Where are your military men now ? Your West Point best ? You protectors and your men of intellect ?

This is a pathetic failure where we let our loved one’s be drugged and killed by poisons that we laughingly call “chemotherapy”. The side effects of having a cross bow bolt fired through your cranium. How do you do it guys ? At least the Jews knew they were being annihilated, you seem to think it’s good for you !

Am I supposed to pretend all this is not there ? Am I insane, a nut, for writing this words ? We must be the biggest users and abusers of hypnosis in this galaxy, because that is what we have done to ourselves. Hypnotised our selves into a fools paradise where the name of the game is to find new ways of avoiding the truth.

Well, I want no part of it. Life is beautiful, not a thing to be twisted into some creepy shadow of itself. Humanity is noble, not some group of cattle to be crushed and destroyed. I will rail against your disgusting complicity until the day I die. In my world a poison is a poison. It cannot be used to “help” someone. End of story.

Democracy hangs by a thread in Honduras

The right-wing coup d’état is faltering, but its supporters have powerful friends in Washington. Hugh O’Shaughnessy reports

Supporters of Manuel Zelaya blocked roads in Tegucigalpa yesterday as the ousted president vowed to return to Honduras and rejected the possibility of a power-sharing deal with his opponents

The international group of right-wingers who staged the coup d’état against the democratic government of Honduras on 28 June are watching their plot fast unravel.

There is stiffening international opposition to their protégé, Roberto Micheletti, who, in his capacity as President of Congress, ordered President Manuel Zelaya to be expelled from the country by plane in his pyjamas.

Mr Zelaya gave negotiators meeting in Costa Rica until midnight yesterday to restore him to office, threatening to secretly return to Honduras and attempt to retake power on his own if no agreement is reached. At a news conference at the Honduran embassy in Nicaragua, he said: “I am going back to Honduras, but I am not going to give you the date, hour or place, or say if I’m going to enter through land, air or sea.” But indications last night suggested the interim government would call his bluff.

As the Acting President’s support shrinks at home, the plotters are lobbying to have Mr Micheletti shored up from abroad by means of a declaration of legitimacy from the US Congress. That scheme is not prospering. Enrique Ortez Colindres, the supremely undiplomatic octogenarian appointed foreign minister by Mr Micheletti, has had to resign, but not before he called Barack Obama “a negrito who knows nothing about anything”, on Honduran television.

For some of the plotters it is their second attempt to overthrow an elected reformist government in Latin America: the group includes prominent figures involved in the 2002 ousting of President Hugo Chavez of Venezuela, who was kidnapped for 48 hours and sent to a Caribbean island before being restored to office after widespread popular protest.

The School of the Americas. The Monroe Doctrine. A “democracy” that does not give you the right to vote for something other than democracy ?

The temporary toppling of Mr Chavez was welcomed by the Bush administration, the Blair government and the International Monetary Fund.

Bush – Blair – IMF. The Mafia Triad it’self. Pharmaceutical companies. 911 – Iraq – Afghanistan – War on Drugs.

This weekend, the US seems destined for a replay of 2002’s Operation Chaotic Coup. Amid a stream of contradictory messages it is clear that last month’s putsch against Mr Zelaya was brewed up in Washington by a group of extreme conservatives from Venezuela, Honduras and the US. They appear to have hidden their plans from the White House, but hoped eventually to bounce President Obama into backing them and supporting the “interim president”. They are making much of Mr Zelaya’s alliance with Mr Chavez, whose sense of nationalism challenges US hegemony.

Just some South American revolution eh ? No. Here we see the same tactics used against the people of the USA or Great Britain. Israel or Europe. Indoctrinate with ideas of Democracy. Give them “health” that includes toxic drugs, lies, money, abuse. In fact encourage people to abuse one another so they don’t see their money and public money drained away. Create an atmosphere of toxic hypnosis. The Big Sleep.

Financial backing for the coup is identified by some as coming from the pharmaceutical industry, which fears Mr Zelaya’s plans to produce generic drugs and distribute them cheaply to the impoverished majority in Honduras, who lack all but the most primitive health facilities.

The Oil and Drug Cartel strike again ! Hissss ! Yes, that evil guy with the cloak and dagger ! Throw you fluffy balls at the stage children ! Rath Foundation. I G Farben. War on Terrorists .. oops .. I mean drug dealers in Afghanistan. Notice how “terrorists” are never captured and put on trail and if they are the trial usually falls through from lack of evidence. But heroine, poppies ! God, the bastards. How dare they threaten our international drug business. Call our Mexican Grandfather !

Others point to big companies in the telecommunications industry opposed to Hondutel, Honduras’s state-owned provider. Parallels are being made with ITT, the US telecommunications company that offered the Nixon government funds for the successful overthrow of President Salvador Allende of Chile in 1973.

A key figure is Robert Carmona-Borjas, a Venezuelan active against Mr Chavez in 2002, who later fled to the US. He runs the Washington-based Arcadia, which calls itself “an innovative ‘next generation’ anti-corruption organisation”. Its website carries three video clips alleging, without evidence, that Mr Zelaya, his associates and Hondutel are deeply corrupt. Behind Arcadia are the US-funded National Endowment for Democracy (NED) and the International Republican Institute (IRI), the well-funded overseas arm of the Republican Party. Currently active among the Uighurs of western China, the NED has this year funnelled $1.2m (£740,000) for “political activity” in Honduras.

The focus of attention in the campaign against Mr Zelaya is now on the office of Senator John McCain, the defeated US presidential candidate, who is chairman of the IRI, takes an interest in telecoms affairs in the US Congress and has benefited handsomely from campaign contributions from US telecoms companies – which are said to have funded the abortive 2002 coup against Mr Chavez.

Mr McCain’s former legislative counsel, John Timmons, arranged the visit of Micheletti supporters to Washington on 7 July where they met journalists at the National Press Club “to clarify any misunderstandings about Honduras’s constitutional process and … the preservation of the country’s democratic institutions”.

This word Democracy seems to be able to excuse any evil. As long as it’s “democratic” then it must have been sanctioned by the people. That’s why this meddling does not have the sanction of the American people, right ? That’s why there are usually only two major “democratic parties” that ever get elected in, both having remarkably similar policies. Oh the Democracy !

Meanwhile, within the US administration, difficulties in co-ordination have emerged between the State Department and the White House, with the Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, issuing a low-key condemnation of the coup which was quickly superseded by stronger words from Mr Obama. The President called for Mr Zelaya’s reinstatement, which Mrs Clinton had failed to demand.

The conservative-minded Mrs Clinton retains John Negroponte, an ambassador to Honduras under Ronald Reagan, as an adviser. He also represented George W Bush at the UN and in Baghdad. Democratic Senator Chris Dodd attacked Mr Negroponte in 2001 for drawing a veil over atrocities committed in Tegucigalpa, the Honduran capital, by military forces trained by the US. Mr Dodd claimed that the forces had been “linked to death squad activities such as killings, disappearances and other human rights abuses”.

During his time in Tegucigalpa, Mr Negroponte directed funds to the US-supported Contra terrorists seeking to overthrow the government of Nicaragua. He assured them of arms and supplies from the Palmerola airstrip, the main US base in Central America. As President Rafael Correa of Ecuador is in the final stages of closing the US base in his country, Mr Negroponte is conscious of what the US could lose if a Zelaya government banned its presence at Palmerola. For their part, Hondurans have noted that when Mr Zelaya tried to return on 6 July, and his plane was refused permission to land at Tegucigalpa airport, no room was found at Palmerola.

Since last July, the US ambassador in Tegucigalpa has been the Cuban-born Hugo Llorens. He was the principal National Security adviser to Mr Bush on Venezuela at the time of the failed 2002 coup, when he was working with two other well-known State Department hardliners, Otto Reich and Elliot Abrams.

Mr Reich, a former US ambassador to Venezuela, advised Mr McCain in his presidential bid and previously worked for AT&T, the US telecoms giant. As he goes into battle against Mr Zelaya, the website of his business consultancy, Otto Reich Associates, quotes Mr Reagan: “You understand the importance of fostering democracy and economic development among our closest neighbours.”

Get that cheque book out !!!

Mr Abrams was also deep in the business of supplying the Contra terrorists. He tried to sabotage the Central American peace plans proposed by Oscar Arias, then the Costa Rican President, who later received a Nobel Peace Prize for his efforts. In 1991 Mr Abrams, a neoconservative passionately supportive of Ehud Olmert and other leading Israeli hawks, was convicted of hiding information from the US Congress investigation of the Iran-Contra affair. The New York Times reported in 2006 that he had strong ties to then vice-president Dick Cheney.

In a divided Washington, Mrs Clinton seems in recent days to have regained some advantage. Now Washington’s strategy is to minimise the role of the pan-continent Organisation of American States which, under the leadership of the independent-minded Chilean José Miguel Insulza, took a strong line against the “interim president”.

Washington is now relying on Mr Arias, a firm friend in Central America, to soften the line against Mr Micheletti. He is trying to “mediate” between Mr Zelaya and the coup’s appointee by putting them on the same footing. On Friday he called for a “government of national reconciliation” with ministers from both camps, a proposal which it appeared Mr Zelaya would countenance but that the interim government would not.

Yet the outcome of the crisis is not likely to be worked out in huddles of foreign politicians outside Honduras, but on the streets of Tegucigalpa and in the country’s forests – perhaps even this weekend.

Honduran voters have traditionally – and ineffectually – been organised into two parties, the Nationals and the Liberals, whose politics are almost indistinguishable. But repudiation of Mr Micheletti is widespread. The principal roads have been blocked by Mr Zelaya’s supporters brandishing banners calling for his return.

Mr Micheletti has been forced to re-establish the curfew he imposed just after the putsch. He has even offered to resign in order to prevent civil war – provided Mr Zelaya does not return. Another worrying development for Mr Micheletti came on Friday, when the armed forces delivered a solemn and urgent message that they were totally united in favour of democracy. In the world of Latin American politics, this is a sign that they are deeply divided.

At the festivities on Friday commemorating the 200th anniversary of Bolivia breaking free from Spanish rule,

Not an anniversary celebrated around here for some odd reason.

Mr Chavez joined Bolivia’s President, Evo Morales, President Fernando Lugo of Paraguay and President Correa in a declaration of support for the re-establishment of democracy in Honduras. All four leaders are strong supporters of demands for better treatment of Latin America’s indigenous peoples.

Perhaps that’s what is really worrying the plotters of Tegucigalpa.

Hugh O’Shaughnessy’s study of President Fernando Lugo, ‘The Priest of Paraguay’, will be published next month by Zed Books

This is all well known to the people of South Amercia (read Mexico Unconquered ) but what about the USA – Israel – Europe ? Do they even see these issues as relevant to them ? Or are they buried in a toxic mixture of drugs, lies and self hypnosis where the free world is the “third world” and the imprisoned world is “the land of the free” ? A sort of topsy turvy land where you have to invert every statment to find the truth.

China bans electric shock treatment used to ‘cure’ young internet addicts

http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2009/jul/14/china-electric-shock-internet-addiction

More later when I’ve stopped partying. Let’s WIN this one.

UPDATE: As was pointed out to me by some friends there is some evidence that the actual treatment is not ECT (Electro Convulsive Therapy), the treatment that actually makes you convulse .. hence the name. It may “only” be electrodes attached to parts of the body (not the head) at a very low voltage.

Maybe.

Frankly I remain sceptical. I have seen these “oh, it just this” response before. For a start they are probably dragging off poor young chinese and subjecting them to the brutal, brain damaging ECT anyway. China did execute this poor fellow for allowing poisons to be added to food, with his knowledge (according to the chinese court). This is not a pleasant game ! I don’t think “oh, it’s not really ECT” responses are very responsible to be honest. Their is a high level of deception in these cases and a seeming willingness to try and distract from the crucial point of this news … revelation … the Chinese are actually doing something about these issues that the West refuses to actually do anything about on a large scale.

This is not a trivial matter, but I see a desire to make it into a trivial mater. “Move along guys, nothing to see”.

Well, no wonder you don’t want anyone looking at this. A third of the world (last time I checked) is banning one of the most repulsive tortures and human rights abuses ever to be used against humans !

Does anyone detect a paradigm shift here ? Sticking our collective heads in the sand ain’t going to cut it this time folks. The elephant is still going to come up behind and kick you in the ass.

I had a “safe treatment” used on my foot as a child. It used ultrasound to try and heal my cramping foot. What the problem really was, as I later found out, was the amphetamine-like antihistamine drugs I was being given (Triludan) that was causing huge amounts of tension in me – hence the foot problem. A classic case of the use of these “safe treatments” in unison with extremely unsafe “treatments” indeed. In fact they are not treatments at all. All this has nothing at all to do with helping anyone and is much more closely related to the history of Eugenics (see Black). Look at the word Hospital .. hospitality, hospitable, and so on. When was the last time you went in a “Hospital” and felt like that ?

The Little Armies of the Devil

You tell me that there are plans to medicate us all. “I’m sorry to tell you” you say as you spread those little lies into my mind. You suggest to me that they can take over the world. It’s a shame you say. So sad this evil that we fight.

Well, I’ll tell you something, and I’m going to tell it you now. You are the evil, because you spread the idea that evil cannot be fought. When you should be telling me I’m a billion year old being you just dump negative information on me. When you should be telling me that I live in a Universe that we know not whence it came, you just parrot information at me about poisons and evils.

No, you are the evil because you fall for the lie hook line and sinker. The Devil laughs with glee as you repeat his sophistry and slimy way of looking at the world. If I point to it and say what it is you say that I am “not ready” to do something about it. We are caught in a loop. You repeat the negativity ad infinitum and pollute my mind until I am choked and paralysed.

Please tell me that I am God ! Please empower me to tell other people that they are God and we all have the power to do good !

It’s not Just Iran, EU Rigs Votes As Well

The EU’s Latest Power Grab

In some countries they rig votes, in the European Union they repeat votes to get the desired result.

After Ireland last year rejected the EU’s Lisbon Treaty — itself a rehashed carbon-copy of the EU Constitution that Dutch and French voters rebuffed in 2005 — the Irish are being asked to reconsider. There will be another referendum in early October, Prime Minister Brian Cowen said Wednesday, and this time the Irish are expected to get it right. [ SAY WHAT ? LAST TIME I CHECKED A NO VOTE WAS ALSO A "RIGHT" VOTE] In Europe, they don’t take “no” for an answer.

Proponents say the Lisbon Treaty is key to reforming the squeaky institutions of the 27-member union. Skeptics, including a majority in Ireland, see a significant power grab. The Treaty gives the EU a nonelected president, a quasi foreign minister, a beefier defense and foreign policy and fewer national vetoes in a number of policy areas.

To justify a revote, EU leaders put on a big show at last week’s summit, giving the impression of tough negotiations in which Dublin supposedly won important concessions. The main prize Mr. Cowen took home is a protocol that claims to address Irish concerns, such as worries that the Treaty would allow the EU to meddle in Irish taxation, abortion issues, workers rights and neutrality.

Oh really? According to the EU summit’s own conclusions, the protocol “will clarify but not change either the content or the application of the Treaty of Lisbon.” So the Irish will vote on the same text [WHAT KIND OF RIDICULOUS SHAM IS THIS ? WHILE WE BEMOAN THE VOTE IN IRAN THE EU IS BEHAVING IN THIS OUTRAGEOUS MANNER] they previously rejected by a seven-percentage-point margin despite assurances by their government as recently as last month that this would not happen.

In the year since the last vote, the Irish economy has tanked, and a pro-Brussels vote this time is possible if only because many Irish worry that the EU may abandon them in their economic hour of need. It’s a fear the government knows how to exploit. [SO IT'S NOT ALL THE POLITICIANS FAULT. IT'S ABOUT TIME PEOPLE FACE THE FACT THAT THERE IS MORE TO LIFE THAN THE ECONOMY] A precondition for economic recovery, Mr. Cowen said Wednesday, is to “remove the doubt about where our country stands in relation to Europe.”

Just a couple of weeks ago the bien pensants in Brussels bemoaned the success of euroskeptics in European Parliamentary elections. This latest run-around on the Lisbon Treaty for the purpose of boosting the power of the EU at the expense of individual states is not the way to create more europhiles.

This is just fucking amazing. While the world bleats on and on about democracy … DEMOCRACY … DEMOCRACY !!! We run votes over and over until the “right” result is achieved. THIS IS WHAT EAST EUROPEAN COUNTRIES USED TO DO TO GET THE “RIGHT” RESULT OF HAVING STALIN ELECTED OR WHATEVER MOUTHPIECE HE WANTED IN POWER. WAKE UP GUYS !

The amount of self serving hypocrisy around here at the moment is just staggering. One day animals have souls, the next day they are experimental subjects. One day Human Rights are paramount and the next they are forgotten depending on what set of circumstances is suitable to whatever agenda is in operation. What kind of pre school toddlers class is this ? Three year olds pulling and tugging at each others hair. A Lord of the Flies situation gone madder where we are all abandoned on some meaningless desert island. This is not life. Life was never like this. It’s not just human bahaviour. We are better than this and the pathos involved in doing better is a con job, a lie, an excuse. We have the power to do better and anyone can use it. It’s as simple as that.
